Exchange Policy

• Sweatshirts & Thermal Jackets

These products are eligible for exchange within 1 day of delivery.

Exchanges are accepted for size or color adjustments, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Once inspected and approved, your replacement will be dispatched promptly.

• Thermal Wear, Beanies & Hand Gloves

For reasons of hygiene and personal comfort, these categories are not eligible for exchange or return.

We appreciate your understanding - each of these pieces is designed to provide a personal, close-fit experience.

Return Policy

We follow a return and refund policy on orders where we feel the genuine reason. Email us and we will consider the situation within 1 day of delivery.

Every Sofknit product passes through strict quality control to ensure you receive premium craftsmanship and true-to-fit design.

In the rare event of a manufacturing concern, our team will be happy to review and assist with a suitable resolution.

Reverse Pickup & Processing Charges: If your return is approved, we will arrange reverse pickup. A flat 15% of the order value will be deducted from the refund to cover reverse logistics, handling, and platform processing charges.
