1-Day Return Window:
- You have 1 day from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
- To start a return, contact us at support@sofknit.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect it. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and rectify it.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items cannot be returned, such as thermal wear. More than 50% Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges:
- The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the original, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded post deduction via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- No refund on products purchased at a discount.
Please Note: If your return or exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for self-couriering the product to our address within the stipulated time frame. Share the courier details with us via email at support@sofknit.com.
